About

I’m a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB) with extensive hands-on experience of project delivery from a career in site management, now working independently to provide programme and project controls support across the construction sector.

I offer a dual service: construction planning support for main contractors, and programme risk and assurance consultancy for housing associations and registered providers.

My background gives me a real-world understanding of what drives construction delivery and where things can go wrong. I’ve built my service around helping clients stay one step ahead of risk, whether they’re delivering the work or responsible for overseeing it.
